Does the free plan have limitations?

The free plan allows analyzing up to 10 pages per month with 3 AI models and PDF export. For advanced features like Chain Analysis and all 8 models, consider the paid plans.

How does Chain Analysis work?

Chain Analysis automatically cross-references data across multiple documents related to the same property. It identifies inconsistencies, hidden risks, and patterns that individual analysis would miss.

Are my documents secure?

Yes. All documents are encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not share your data with third parties, and you can delete your documents at any time.

We only store Stripe customer IDs and subscription status

4. Third-Party AI Providers

Documents you upload are processed by the following third-party AI providers:

OpenAI (GPT) — Subject to OpenAI's Terms of Use

Each provider has its own data handling and retention policies. We recommend reviewing their respective privacy policies. These providers may process your document content to generate analysis results but do not use your data to train their models under their current API terms.

5. Data Storage and Security

Account data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with Row-Level Security (RLS)
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS/HTTPS) and at rest
Each user can only access their own data — enforced at the database level
API keys and sensitive credentials are stored as encrypted environment variables
We use industry-standard security practices including rate limiting and authentication on all endpoints

6. Data Retention

Account data is retained as long as your account is active
Analysis results are retained until you delete them or close your account
Usage logs are retained for billing and audit purposes
Upon account deletion, all associated data is permanently removed within 30 days
