Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free Plan
The Free plan requires no payment and provides 10 document analyses. No refund applies as no charge is made.
2. Paid Subscriptions
All paid plans (Starter, Pro, Enterprise) are billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to the following terms:
- Subscriptions are billed at the beginning of each billing cycle
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period
- No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle
3. Refund Eligibility
7-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first paid subscription. This applies only to your first billing cycle and only if you have used fewer than 50 document analyses.
After the 7-day window, refunds are generally not provided except in the following cases:
- Service outage — Extended downtime (24+ hours) preventing use of the Service
- Duplicate charges — Accidental billing errors on our part
- Unauthorized charges — Charges made without your consent
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at billing@gtcapitalglobal.com with:
- Your account email address
- Date of the charge
- Reason for the refund request
We will process eligible refund requests within 5-10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
5. Cancellation
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation, then permanently deleted
- You may reactivate your account at any time by subscribing again
6. Plan Changes
- Upgrades — Take effect immediately; you are charged the prorated difference
- Downgrades — Take effect at the start of the next billing cycle
- Page quotas reset at the beginning of each billing cycle
7. Disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us before filing a dispute with your bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving billing issues promptly and fairly.
Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account suspension pending investigation.
