By accessing and using Genesis.IA ("Platform", "Service"), operated by GT Capital Global LLC ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Genesis.IA is an AI-powered document analysis platform designed to assist real estate investors with due diligence for Tax Deed Sales in the State of Florida. The Platform analyzes recorded documents including but not limited to Liens, Releases of Lien, Lis Pendens, Final Judgments, Warranty Deeds, Affidavits, and Tax Deed certificates.

The Platform utilizes third-party AI models from Google (Gemini), Anthropic (Claude), and OpenAI (GPT) to analyze documents. By using the Service, you acknowledge that:

• AI-generated responses may be imprecise, incomplete, or incorrect
• AI does not guarantee 100% accuracy in document classification or risk assessment
• AI analysis does not substitute qualified human review by a licensed professional
• Document quality directly affects analysis accuracy — poor scans, handwritten content, or damaged documents may produce unreliable results
• Different AI models may produce different results for the same document

5. User Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for verifying all information provided by the Platform
• You must independently confirm all legal findings through official county records
• You must seek professional legal counsel before acting on any analysis
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must not upload documents you do not have the right to analyze

6. Subscription Plans & Billing

• The Free plan provides limited document analyses at no cost
• Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Enterprise) are billed monthly via Stripe
• Each plan has a monthly page analysis quota that resets each billing cycle
• Exceeding your quota will temporarily restrict analysis capabilities until the next cycle or plan upgrade
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days advance notice

7. Prohibited Uses

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempting to bypass usage limits, rate limiting, or security measures
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the Platform
• Scraping, data mining, or automated extraction of Platform content
• Sharing account credentials with unauthorized third parties
• Uploading malicious files, viruses, or harmful content
• Reselling or redistributing the Service without written authorization

8. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its code, design, logos, and documentation, is the intellectual property of GT Capital Global LLC. You retain ownership of documents you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your documents solely for the purpose of providing the analysis service.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GT Capital Global LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your reliance on any analysis provided by the Platform.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in the State of Florida.

12. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

13. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through a notice on the Platform at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise objectionable. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
